Come home to yourself
Remembering You
30 Days to Stop the Spiral, Get Your Feet Back Under You, and Feel Like Yourself Again
“I am so tired of this still having this much power over me.”
The initial shock may have started to wear off, but betrayal is still hijacking you. You can be fine, and then a text, a memory, a comment, a social-media post, a mood shift, or even your own thoughts send you right back into analyzing, comparing, replaying, predicting, monitoring, or second-guessing yourself.
The real problem
“I keep getting sucked back in, and I hate that one thing can still ruin my whole day.”
The promise
When you get sucked back in, you will know how to come back.
In 30 days, you learn how to recognize the spiral sooner, interrupt it, get grounded again, and return to what you know, need, and want before betrayal takes over the rest of your day.
The Stop the Spiral process
Four weeks, one step at a time
NOTICE → STAY → RELEASE → CHOOSE
Week 1 · Notice
What is actually happening right now?
Separate what is happening now from what your mind is replaying, predicting, comparing, investigating, or making it mean.
- What happened — and what did my mind do with it?
- Is something hurting me right now, or am I hurting right now because of what something means to me?
Pain deserves care. A story deserves examination. Know which one you’re in.
Includes Lora’s podcast episode Knowledge & Injury of Betrayal: How Truth Becomes Justice After Infidelity.
Week 2 · Stay
Don’t leave yourself
Shift the reflex from orienting around the other person back toward yourself. Notice subtle self-abandonment: talking yourself out of what you know, changing what you want because someone else is uncomfortable, needing agreement before trusting yourself, making their peace more important than yours, or using another person as the reference point for your life.
- What do I know? What do I need right now? What would it look like to stay on my own side here?
Week 3 · Release
What are you still waiting for?
Identify the condition you have unknowingly placed on your own peace. Forgiveness does not mean what happened was okay, reconciliation, or removing boundaries. It means no longer requiring the past — or another person — to become different before you allow yourself to live now. This is where your private session and personalized hypnosis work with the deeper unconscious rule underneath the spiral.
- I’ll finally be okay when…
- If this never changes, what would I want to learn to give myself instead?
Week 4 · Choose
Come back to life
Recovery cannot become your full-time job. Bring your attention back to your life: laughter, pleasure, curiosity, creativity, desire, connection, rest, and choices that have nothing to do with betrayal. You create a personal Come Back to Me Plan: signs the spiral is starting, what tends to suck you in, what you know, what you need, what brings you back to life, and what you want to remember.

Why Lora
Guidance from someone who has lived it
Lora Cheadle, JD, CHt is a former attorney, TEDx speaker, author, and betrayal recovery expert. After discovering her husband’s 15 years of infidelity, she had to reclaim herself, reconnect with parts of herself she had let go of, and consciously decide how she wanted to live from that point forward.
Her work integrates nervous-system regulation, somatic work, hypnotherapy, practical decision-making, and lived experience, so you are not simply told to let go. You learn how to come back.
